Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Relayqo’s customer-conversation automation service.
Authorized use
You must own or be authorized to manage every business account, phone number, dataset, and communication connected to Relayqo. You must follow applicable laws, Meta and WhatsApp policies, consent requirements, and messaging-template rules.
Prohibited use
You may not use Relayqo for spam, deceptive messages, unlawful surveillance, harassment, credential theft, prohibited products, or attempts to access another client’s information.
Channels
Meta Cloud API is the supported official WhatsApp route. Any QR-linked route is optional, temporary, and less reliable. It may disconnect or be restricted by WhatsApp and must not be used for bulk or unsolicited messaging.
Client responsibility
You control your business portfolio, numbers, billing, content, customer permissions, and human support. Automated answers should be reviewed before use in regulated or high-risk decisions.
Availability
We work to keep Relayqo reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be paused to protect clients, users, or the platform.
