Information we process

We may process business account details, authorized WhatsApp identifiers, customer messages, contact details voluntarily supplied in conversations, product and policy information supplied by a client, and technical logs needed for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use information to deliver requested chatbot responses, route messages to the correct business and phone number, support human handoff, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp and service providers

Official WhatsApp connections use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Data may also be processed by hosting, database, and AI providers only as needed to operate Relayqo. Each business remains responsible for the customer data and permissions it supplies.

Retention and security

Credentials are encrypted and client data is separated by tenant and account. We retain information only while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, secure the platform, or meet legal obligations. Retention may vary according to the client’s instructions.
